Our hot knife is a multi-purpose tool that can be used to cut different materials. The hot knife can be used in the construction industry to cut EPS insulation boards used in EIFS, Roofing, SIPS and ICF. It cuts foam clean and free of mess with no beads or dust deposits.

By using the hot knife with our (patent pending) foam grooving sled, you can cut faster, cleaner and straighter grooves without using a ruler to support the tool.

The hot knife can, also, be used to create craft projects such as woodland scenic, railroad models, architectural models and other custom design foam shapes.

By attaching different types of blades, the hot knife can cut nylon ropes, synthetic fabrics, webbing, belts, plastics and rubbers. The hot knife also cuts and seals the material at the same time.

Our hot knife is not just suitable for the specialized trades. It can, also, be a heat-cutting tool for general household use. Our hot knife is tested and certified by ETL for product safety. Conforms to UL STD. 499 and certified to CSA STD. C22.2 No. 122.
